Missed the spring bare-root season? Each June, after our mail-order season wraps up, we release a limited selection of freshly potted fruit and nut trees for local pickup and delivery within Alberta.

These are the same hardy trees we grow for our mail-order customers across the Canadian prairies, grafted and field-grown here in zone 3 at our nursery in Two Hills County, Alberta.

*Meeting at our designated pick-up location only. Potted trees are not available for mail-order shipping. A small delivery fee applies to our pick-up location to the city.

What You'll Find

Our potted tree sale features a selection of Prairie Hardy fruit and nut trees, which may include; Apples, Pears, Plums, Apricots, Haskaps, Hazelnuts, Walnuts & more! Inventory changes each season and quantities are limited. 

Trees are freshly potted into 1–2 gallon containers after spring digging and are typically:

🌱 1–2 years old
🌱 Approximately 1–3 feet tall
🌱 Hardy for zones 2 & 3

Many customers are pleasantly surprised to find our pricing competitive with, and often lower than, conventional garden centres, while receiving unique hardy varieties selected specifically for prairie climates. We use ecological and pesticide/herbicide free practices.

While we generally recommend planting bare-root trees in early spring for the strongest establishment, our potted tree sale is an excellent option for customers who missed the spring shipping season or would prefer local pickup.

When inventory is released, simply reply by email with the varieties you would like to reserve. We will then confirm availability and send your invoice.

Payment is available by:
• E-transfer (preferred)
• Secure credit card payment through our website

Because quantities are limited, inventory is offered on a first come, first served basis.
